By creating an account or using VisibilityWatch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
VisibilityWatch provides SERP rank tracking, AI visibility monitoring, and brand reputation analysis. We use third-party data providers to deliver accurate, up-to-date search engine and AI platform data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API keys or access tokens. You must not use the service to track keywords or domains you do not have authorization to monitor.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each plan has limits on keywords tracked, projects, API calls, and features. Exceeding limits may result in temporary throttling. We will notify you before any service interruption.
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that search engine ranking data or AI citation data is 100% accurate at all times. Rankings are sampled and may vary by location, device, and personalization factors.
You may not use VisibilityWatch to: scrape or redistribute our data commercially, reverse-engineer our algorithms, create competing products using our data, or violate any applicable laws.
VisibilityWatch is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost rankings or business opportunities.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
